ABOUT THE ROLEThe Contractor Transformation Office Program and Analytics Lead will support enterprise portfolio management by driving disciplined project execution, enabling cross-functional coordination, and building AI-enabled dashboards and KPI tracking tools. This role combines program management rigor, enterprise navigation, and advanced analytics enablement to improve visibility, governance, and value realization across Transformation Office initiatives.

MODEL OF WORKHybrid work model with on-site and in-office presence two days per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management SupportSupport end-to-end tracking of Transformation Office initiatives across functionsMaintain initiative-level status reporting including risks, dependencies, and milestonesFacilitate governance cadence including weekly, biweekly, and monthly reviewsPrepare executive leadership team-ready portfolio summaries and decision support materialsTrack ROI, payback periods, and value realization metrics

Cross-Functional Initiative NavigationPartner with functional leads to ensure initiative alignment and execution clarityIdentify and escalate cross-functional risks and blockersEnsure standardized reporting across enterprise initiativesSupport prioritization discussions and portfolio trade-off analysisAct as liaison between business, IT, Product, and Finance teams

KPI Dashboard and Portal Development AI-EnabledDesign and build automated portfolio dashboards using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar toolsCreate centralized KPI tracking portals for initiative health using RAG status indicatorsDevelop investment versus benefit tracking frameworksTrack ROI percentage and payback metricsMeasure customer or operational impact metricsLeverage AI tools including Claude AI to automate data summarizationGenerate executive-ready insights using AI-enabled analyticsBuild natural-language portfolio query capabilitiesSupport narrative generation for executive leadership presentationsImprove automation and reduce manual reporting processes

Data and Automation EnablementConsolidate initiative data from multiple sources including Excel, Salesforce, and project tracking systemsDevelop structured portfolio data modelsIntroduce standardized templates for investment and benefit trackingBuild scalable tracking frameworks to support future AI integrationPerform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of five years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Transformation Office, or Consulting environmentsStrong portfolio reporting and governance experienceAdvanced proficiency in Excel and or Power BIExperience building dashboards and automation workflowsFamiliarity with AI tools such as Claude AI, OpenAI, or Copilot for reporting automationStrong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional environmentsAbility to translate complex data into executive-ready insights

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in enterprise software or SaaS environmentsUnderstanding of ROI modeling, financial analysis, and value realization trackingExperience with Salesforce data extraction and reportingExposure to Azure, Power Automate, or API integrations
