Job Description

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact sub-programs within large-scale enterprise transformations. This role owns end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives with annual budgets of $30–40M, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes. You will act as both a strategic leader and hands-on execution driver, driving transformation beyond BAU initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver a $30–40M sub-program within an enterprise transformation portfolio
Define program scope and align with business, product, and technology stakeholders
Lead end-to-end execution across technology, operations, and business workstreams
Manage multi-year roadmaps and program increment (PI) planning
Establish strong program governance (RAID logs, dependency tracking, status reporting)
Manage cross-program dependencies and ensure alignment across initiatives
Oversee financials including budgeting, forecasting, variance, and benefits realization
Deliver executive-level updates, insights, and decision frameworks
Influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions in matrixed environments
Remove roadblocks, ensure accountability, and maintain delivery momentum
Drive change management and continuous improvement in program practices
Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

Required Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years managing large programs ($15M+)
Proven experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives end-to-end
Strong program governance experience (RAID, dependencies, roadmap tracking)
Experience managing cross-functional programs in matrixed organizations
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, benefits tracking)
Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise transformation programs
Background in change management
Healthcare payer, PBM, or claims experience (nice to have)
Experience in process improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree preferred
