Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in banking and payments to lead complex programs and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in top-tier banks or payments companies and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects across business, technology, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end banking and payments programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Collaborate with product, IT, operations, and business teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
Drive process improvements, system implementations, and digital transformation programs
Manage risks, dependencies, and regulatory compliance across programs
Provide executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and strategic guidance

Required Skills & Experience

8–15 years of experience in program or project management in banking or payments
Strong knowledge of payment systems, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory frameworks
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale programs
Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with digital payment platforms, fintech solutions, or real-time payments
Familiarity with SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, ACH, or card networks
Prior experience in consulting or transformation programs
