A day in the life of a Senior Program Manager, AI Studio at VF looks a little like this. 

Apply advanced data science methods to solve business problems, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision making. Partners with cross-functional teams develop analytical models, optimize processes, and translate complex data into business value.

Principal Accountabilities

Under general direction:

  • Design, develop, and deploy statistical, predictive, and machine learning models to address business challenges.
  • Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to define analytical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics capabilities, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of emerging data science tools and technologies.

Knowledge & Application

  • Applies advanced knowledge of data science principles, methodologies, and industry practices.
  • Integrates information from multiple sources to solve complex business problems.
  • Evaluates data limitations and recommends appropriate analytical approaches.
  • Serves as a subject matter resource within the function.

  • Uses analytical judgment to address ambiguous or complex issues.
  • Develops innovative solutions when data, requirements, or business conditions are incomplete.

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements. 

The foundation skills you will need in this position are: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale datasets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Hiring Range:

$142,560.00 USD - $178,200.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
