Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a ServiceNow upgrade program for a leading financial company. This is a contract position based in NYC with primarily remote work. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in managing complex programs while ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. Expertise in ServiceNow is required, as it will be the primary platform for tracking, reporting, and managing the upgrade.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the ServiceNow upgrade program, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to track program progress.
Create and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs to identify and mitigate potential challenges.
Facilitate status meetings, working groups, and other program forums to ensure alignment across teams.
Ensure consistent, clear, and timely communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful upgrade delivery.
Qualifications:
Proficient in ServiceNow , with experience managing upgrades or major implementations.
Proven experience in program execution and project management.
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Experience facilitating meetings, working groups, and cross-team collaboration.
Ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment.
