This role seeps deeply into cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, and program governance, helping scale consistent ways of working across teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic planning and operational execution for large, cross-functional programs
• Own and manage multi-year program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics
• Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Business, Product, Design, and Planning teams
• Develop executive-level materials, updates, and dashboards for senior leadership
• Track program performance, synthesize insights, and identify risks or opportunities
• Support governance frameworks, operating models, and enterprise adoption initiatives
• Enable change management efforts, including communications and training support
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve cross-team alignment

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, or transformation roles
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Executive-level communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations preferred
