If you are a driven professional looking for a collaborative environment, work that makes a difference, and a firm that invests heavily in your growth, you could be a perfect fit for Harris & Associates.Harris is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic Program & Construction Management team in Pasadena, California. The Senior Project Engineer will assist the day-to-day efforts related to program management of K-14 based projects including programming, planning, design, procurement, construction, and asset management projects for ourclients.Duties:
  • Provides on-site technical and administrative support for construction activities at District facilities
  • Assists Project Managers and Admin Staff with field coordination, documentation, inspections, and tracking of construction progress
  • Supports monitoring of contractor performance, safety compliance, and quality standards
  • Assists with closeout documentation, punch lists, and coordination with school sites and District staff to minimize operational impacts during construction 
  • Other duties as necessary
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting construction projects ideally in facilities maintenance or public works environments
  • OSHA-10 certification (must be obtained within 1-year of employment)
  • Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record required
Preferred Qualifications:
    OSHA-30Experience working on K-12 or public agency construction projectsCompensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position is $95-115K. This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate. In addition to base salary, we also offer:
