Job Description
Overview
JST is seeking a Senior Project Management Support to join our team.
This is a full-time position in Dayton, OH. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Project Management Support Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and strategic policy review and development to the AF SBIR PMO.
- Assist the PMO in managing efforts in a dynamic environment and recommend business process re-engineering to achieve program goals as needed.
- Translate Concept of Operations (CONOPs) into actionable Operational Plans and assist in implementing those ideas.
- Assist the PMO in developing and implementing proper Organizational structure to meet changing and demanding policies and schedules.
- Assist the PMO Community Relations Plan (CRP) Program Manager in the execution of transition and commercialization activities.
- Provide guidance and strategic policy review and development to the AF SBIR PMO.
- Assist the PMO in managing efforts in a dynamic environment and recommend business process re-engineering to achieve program goals as needed.

- Assist the PMO CRP Program Manager in the execution of transition and commercialization activities
Project Management Support Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10+ years of project management experience
- PMP desired
Clearance Requirements
- MUST hold an active Secret clearance.
