The Senior Project Manager will lead ground‑up multifamily construction projects, with a focus on mid‑rise wood‑frame developments, overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and contract administration

Oversee subcontractor buyout, coordination, and performance management

Drive project execution with a general contractor approach, emphasizing constructability, sequencing, and risk mitigation

Utilize Procore to manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost reporting, and project documentation

Partner with superintendents to ensure field operations align with schedule and quality standards

Maintain clear communication with ownership, design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Proactively identify and resolve schedule, cost, and scope issues

Ensure compliance with safety programs, local codes, and quality standards

Proven experience delivering mid‑rise wood‑frame residential developments

Advanced proficiency in Procore and modern construction technology

Deep understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and subcontractor management

Ability to lead teams, make decisive judgments, and operate independently on complex projects

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
