Senior Project Manager - Education Experienced primary client relationship owner, overseeing the project teams and managing the execution and delivery of implementation documents through all phases of projects, including post-occupancy evaluation and sharing/harvesting lessons learned and project impactQualifications:
- Accredited professional degree in Architecture / equivalent in education or experience
- 15+ years of experience
- Experience managing teams on multiple projects
- Firsthand and sustained experience in all phases of architectural design and construction
- Advanced knowledge of
- Sustainability and integrated design guidelines
- Architectural building systems
- QA/QC process
- Building codes, constructability and accessibility guidelines
- Architectural Registration
- Sustainable design accreditation
- Architectural and performance analytical software
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- 3D modeling
- Parametric design and performance analysis software
- MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Teams
