Salary:$110,000 - $120,000

Pay Grade: 16

Other compensation: BONUS

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager leads the execution of corporate and site projects, ensuring compliance with governance processes and regulatory standards. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement, including support of preventative maintenance initiatives and AutoCAD/CAD-based design coordination.

This is an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

• Coordinate change management and stakeholder communication

• Support preventative maintenance programs to improve operational efficiency

• Collaborate with engineering and operations on facility layouts and equipment changes using AutoCAD/CAD drawings

• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, DOT, FAA, OSHA, and other regulations

• Drive process improvements and team performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in a regulated environment (pharma/manufacturing preferred)

• Experience with preventative maintenance programsProficiency in AutoCAD (required) and familiarity with CAD tools

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed
