GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established construction management and general contracting firm in the Rocky Mountain region. The company is adding a Senior Project Manager - Commercial ($50M+ Projects) to its team in Jackson, WY. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Senior PM experience on projects of $50M+.

Responsibilities

Lead large ground-up commercial projects across the Rocky Mountain region
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

Senior PM experience on projects of $50M+.
Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
Strong communication and leadership skills
Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
