Job Description

Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in commercial concrete construction to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. This role requires expertise in structural concrete, scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership on large-scale builds.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of concrete construction projects (foundations, slabs, structural frames, parking structures, etc.)
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Lead project teams, field staff, subcontractors, and client relationships
Coordinate with general contractors and other trades
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Identify and mitigate project risks
Provide regular reporting and project updates to leadership

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction
Proven experience managing large structural concrete projects
Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, rebar, and placement methods
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
