Job Description

The Shreveport-Bossier area and the wider Ark-La-Tex region are seeing a wave of large data center and mission-critical investment, and a respected general contractor is growing its team to deliver it. We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who loves leading complex, high-stakes builds and enjoys mentoring the people around them. If that sounds like you, let's connect.

What You'll Do

Lead data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning, turnover and closeout
Own the budget, schedule, contracts, change management and monthly forecasting for your projects
Build strong, trusted relationships with owners, engineers, architects and trade partners
Plan procurement for long-lead equipment such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, transformers and cooling units
Work hand in hand with superintendents on safety, quality, phasing and integrated systems testing
Mentor and develop project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers

What You Bring

Several years of senior-level project management with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical construction (required)
A track record of delivering large, technically complex projects on time and on budget
Deep understanding of MEP coordination, commissioning levels and critical power and cooling systems
Confident, friendly communication with owners, design teams and field leadership
A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
