Senior Project Manager (Building Automation Systems) - Mason, OH #26-00332 Salary Range: $75,000 - $122,000 Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits Seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager for a leading Engineering Firm in Mason, Ohio. This role is perfect for a technical leader with a cradle-to-grave mindset in Building Automation Systems (Client). You will be responsible for the seamless execution of complex automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee Client and HVAC control projects from initial design and engineering through installation and final commissioning.
- Leadership & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing subcontractors and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
- Budget & Resource Planning: Monitor project financials, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maintain a competitive profit margin.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct on-site inspections to verify that installations meet both safety regulations and client specifications.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Leverage your HVAC/Client expertise to solve complex integration issues on-site.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project management within the construction, HVAC, or building automation industries.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Client platforms and HVAC mechanical systems.
- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) and MS Office.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage high-stakes client relationships.
- Travel: Ability to travel approximately 15% for on-site inspections and client meetings.
Education:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Business Management.
