Job Details

• Own client, architect, design team, and subcontractor communication
• Manage project requirements: COIs, bonds, SOVs, sub lists, submittals, shop drawings, samples, mix designs, closeout docs
• Lead constructability reviews + partner with estimating on design-phase budgets
• Oversee project turnover, buyout, scope reviews, and subcontract preparation
• Maintain full project budgets, cost-to-complete, forecasts, and monthly accounting documentation
• Build and update project schedules with the Superintendent
• Review and coordinate all submittals and shop drawings for contract compliance
• Manage utilities, temporary facilities, and site needs
• Review all testing/lab reports and address non-compliant results
• Generate and process change orders; maintain all CO documentation
• Track ASI/RFI/PR logs and oversee delivery of long-lead materials
• Lead OAC meetings, internal project meetings, and final inspections
• Drive punch list creation and closeout documentation
• Bill accurately: SOVs, monthly pay apps, approval of subcontractor billing
• Complete all project archiving, turnover, and historical cost reviews
• Mentor PMs and APMs within your portfolio

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of commercial construction PM experience
• Proven success managing large, complex ground-up projects ($80M–$150M+)
• Strong leadership, client-facing skills, and ability to manage multiple teams
• Expertise in buyout, cost controls, scheduling, contracts, and project delivery
