Description

The Senior Project Manager- Baltimore, MD will be responsible for:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Work with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project and regulatory expectations.
• Contribute to business development by networking locally, supporting proposals, and helping grow the Baltimore office.
• Oversee timelines and phased work to ensure milestones are met with minimal disruption.
• Review and authorize contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Maintain a safe jobsite, enforcing safety orientations, daily audits, and compliance with state, federal, and healthcare-specific safety procedures.
• Track project progress and deliver clear updates to all stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and coordinate efforts between field staff and hospital representatives.
• Identify risks early and implement strategies to keep the project on track.
