Description
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and scheduling of education and commercial construction projects from concept to completion
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
- Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors while controlling costs and maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep timelines on track
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to meet design specifications and client expectations
- Lead communication with clients, providing regular updates, reports, and issue resolution
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Track record of delivering projects valued at $5M+
- Construction Management or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-perform project management experience a plus, but not necessary
- Passion for delivering high-impact construction projects
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary of $130,000 to $155,000 - dependent on experience
