Job Description

This role leads high‑end hospitality renovation projects with complex architectural and MEP coordination. You'll manage teams, consultants, and field operations to deliver premium spaces on fast‑paced casino schedules.

Description

* Oversee all phases of large‑scale renovation projects ($3M-$50M)

* Lead architects, engineers, and subcontractors through design and construction

* Drive schedules, budgets, procurement, and cost controls

* Maintain strong onsite presence to support field teams and resolve issues

* Build long‑term client relationships through clear communication and execution

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager - Luxury Hospitality Renovations should have:

* 10+ years in commercial construction with strong hospitality/casino renovations

* Proven leadership on projects $10M+

* Skilled in managing consultants and complex design coordination

* Comfortable operating in active hotel/casino environments

* Strong communicator who leads with accountability and consistency
