Job Description

Commercial Construction Project ManagerLead large-scale commercial projects ranging from $20M-$40M. Join one of the most respected commercial contractors in the Lowcountry.About Our ClientThis opportunity is with a well-established commercial general contractor that has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality projects throughout the Southeast for decades. With millions of square feet successfully completed and a large percentage of work coming from repeat clients, the company is known for its strong culture, low turnover, collaborative leadership team, and award-winning project execution.Job DescriptionManage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals.Oversee budgeting and cost control to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
