Job DescriptionSenior Project Manager
- Healthcare Projects
- Towson, MD will perform:Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, typically overseeing 3-4 projects at varying stages
Lead projects ranging from $1M to $10M in value, ensuring successful delivery of schedule, budget, and quality goals
Develop and manage project estimates and pre-construction activities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Conduct regular job site visits, maintaining project oversight and client relationships
Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and execution
Ensure projects meet quality standards while maintaining strong financial performance
Facilitate project meetings and provide proactive communication to clients and leadership

Experience working on healthcare, occupied hospital, higher education, laboratory, or similarly complex projects
Proven ability to manage projects from planning through completion
Strong estimating and budgeting experience
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external stakeholders
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working from the office full-time and traveling regularly to project sites
