Job Description

Project ManagerFull-service Commercial General Contractor, based in Rhode Island, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team! Specializing in both Public & Private projects in RI & Boston - including Higher Education, Healthcare, Fitness, Banking, Corporate, Civic, Aviation, Historic preservation, Affordable Housing, and MBTA projects - $3M-$40MLocation: Between Providence and BostonHybrid Schedule: Mix of office, work-from-home, and project site

Leading key projects from start to finish

Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections

Overseeing all submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Completing projects on time and within/under budget

Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
