• Top Southeastern GC - Columbia:10+ Years of Experience: Proven success as a Project Manager with a General Contractor (GC) or Developer, overseeing commercial construction projects.Commercial or Multifamily Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead commercial or multifamily projects from start to finish.Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of industry-standard construction software for effective project planning, tracking, and reporting.Motivated Leader: Driven, and possessing a strong work ethic, with a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced environment.The Senior Project Manager
