Job Description

Senior Project Manager - Industrial ConstructionOur client is a reputable commercial general contractor with multiple offices in the Midwest doing $350M in annual revenue each year. They are currently looking to expand their industrial division, specifically in manufacturing, distribution, and cold storage facilities. They are offering a highly competitive compensation package to attract top talent in the area.Job DescriptionLead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects from initiation to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
