Job Description

Project Manager

Lead planning and execution of large-scale construction projects. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project risk. Oversee client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships. Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers. Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Proven Project Management experience in construction. Strong leadership and team development capabilities. Experience managing budgets and project schedules. Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Healthcare project experience preferred but not required.

Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 + bonus + benefits. 80% employer-paid healthcare coverage. Every other Friday off. PTO and 401(k).
