Senior Project Manager

Job Description
The SPM is responsible for:
- Completing projects on time and within budget
- Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
- Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections
- Positive client feedback/satisfaction
- Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal/external parties
- Managing multiple subcontractors on-site
- Touch every aspect of the business: financials, estimating, contracts, etc.

The Successful Applicant
The right SPM candidate has the following qualifications:
- Healthcare / Hospital project experience (required)
- 5-10+ years of PM experience with a General Contractor (required)
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
- Familiarity with project financials - invoice approval, requisitions, internal reporting
- OSHA 30
- Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
