Job Description

Project ManagerOur client is a design build general contractor focusing on the light industrial, manufacturing, senior-living, commercial, retail, and healthcare markets. Their integrated model reduces risk, shortens timelines, streamlines communication, and establishes budgets early in the process. With a strong project backlog, our client is looking to hire an experienced SPM.Job DescriptionManage project objectives by balancing contract requirements, financial constraints, schedule expectations, and overall cost considerations.Serve as the primary point of coordination among Owners, their representatives, Trade Partners, and the on-site Superintendent.Provide guidance and direction to the Superintendent to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to organizational quality standards.Make informed decisions rooted in a thorough understanding of the project's progress, integrating multiple moving parts to achieve a successful outcome.Align project results with the expectations of the Owner and Architect while controlling schedule, budget, and cost factors.Proactively seek and cultivate new business connections that can lead to future project engagements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Experience in leadership and/or management of a team

Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, market conditions, and subcontractor trades

Proficiency in software and project management tools

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Highly organized with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
