Manage project financials, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and project stakeholders
Support and mentor project management staff while promoting best practices
Drive business development efforts and help identify new project opportunities
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational initiatives
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Coordinate closely with field personnel to maintain quality standards and client expectations
Participate in project pursuits, interviews, and client presentations

Proven experience delivering healthcare or highly regulated construction projects
Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and client management
Experience managing occupied renovations, tenant improvements, or complex build-outs preferred
Business development and client relationship management experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
