Senior Project ManagerOur Senior Project Manager will:Oversee project management team and manage the day-to day operations
Ability to make decisions that consider both schedule and budgets
Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
Manage scope review process
Negotiate change orders
Manage permit and occupancy with government agencies
Manage and update budgets
Conduct regular status meetings with project team
Deliver projects on time and within company profit targets

MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The ideal Senior Project Manager will:7-10+ years as a Project Manager with a General ContractorBachelor's Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus)Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or high‑end interior project experience strongly preferred
Proven leadership of project teams, including Superintendents and PM staff
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor buyout
Experience managing fast‑paced, quality‑driven projects
Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong financial and cost-control acumenOSHA certification preferred
We are offering our Senior Project Manager:Base salary range of $180K-$210K depending on experience
