Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, they offer an environment where your leadership truly makes an impact.Job DescriptionDrive all phases of project delivery: preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations. Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships. Proven success in healthcare, diverse commercial, higher education and/or K-12 builds. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (a plus, not required).What's on OfferCompetitive Base Salary of $125,000 - $165,000 with performance-based bonuses.
