High Level/Senior Project ManagerMy client is a nationwide Owners Rep firm headquartered in Manhattan, managing over $1 billion in annual projects on behalf of their clients. Founded in the mid 1990s, my client has grown to employ over 90 dedicated professionals. The firm operates across multiple sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Retail, and Hospitality. They're commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has established them as a leading authority in the construction management industry.My client is seeking a seasoned High Level/Senior Project Manager with substantial experience in the construction industry.Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders and senior management.Develop comprehensive project plans, including time lines, milestones, and resource allocation.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery.Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.Coordinate and communicate project activities with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.Ensure compliance with construction standards, regulations, and best practices.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field (preferred)Extensive experience in large scale projects
Proven track record as a Project ManagerField experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Assertive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.Competitive base salary up to $165K+Annual bonuses401K with a generous match3/2 Hybrid schedule based out of their DC Office with site visits as needed
