Job Description
Senior Commercial Construction Project ManagerThe Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager will report into senior leadership and take full accountability for project performance, including:Leading all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through execution and closeout
Acting as the primary client interface, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Driving project strategy, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation
Overseeing project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and change management
Managing internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards within a highly controlled environment

Experience delivering laboratory, healthcare, mission-critical, or similarly technical facilities preferred
Demonstrated leadership managing multiple stakeholders and project teams
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and project execution strategy
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
