  • Partner with the Design Team to carry the design vision through execution while advancing constructability, coordination, and appropriate technologies.

  • Oversee project manuals and procurement documentation, including bid instructions, bid forms, and schedules of values.

  • Lead quality assurance and quality control efforts across assigned projects.

  • Support business development, identify opportunities with current and prospective clients, and contribute to successful pursuits.

  • Mentor and motivate junior staff, support their professional development, and lead by example.

  • Identify and implement improvements that strengthen the accuracy and efficiency of project delivery.

Skills & Requirements

  • OSHPD/HCAI experience is required.

  • Proven ability to lead project teams, prepare strategic plans, and coordinate all project efforts through successful completion.

  • Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, presentation, relationship management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently, evaluate and improve working practices, and make sound decisions under competing priorities.

Bring your healthcare expertise, client leadership, and project-delivery experience to a collaborative design practice with a strong record of growth and award-winning work. Apply today—we look forward to receiving your application.
