Valorem Reply is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Miami to lead complex, high-stakes technology programs for enterprise clients. This role requires strong delivery discipline and the ability to manage large-scale software and migration initiatives with significant business impact. The ideal candidate has experience operating in regulated, operationally intensive environments such as the cruise industry and is comfortable leading programs with 50+ engineers across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs, including enterprise software implementations and cloud or platform migrations.
• Own senior stakeholder communication, including status reporting, risk management, and decision framing.
• Drive program strategy by translating business objectives into executable delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Manage multi-team agile or hybrid delivery models, coordinating work across engineering, architecture, security, and business teams.
• Track and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across complex programs with multiple vendors or partners.
• Establish and enforce delivery governance, including cadence, reporting standards, and accountability mechanisms.
• Partner with client leadership to ensure alignment between technical delivery and operational or regulatory requirements.
• Mentor delivery leads and project managers, raising the overall execution maturity of the program.

Minimum Requirements

• 8 years experience managing large-scale technology programs or enterprise software initiatives.
• Professional services industry experience leading programs with a large number of engineers across multiple teams or vendors.
• Proven experience managing complex migrations or multi-year software delivery efforts.
• Experience operating in agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Ability to work on-site or hybrid from Miami, Florida.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology programs within the cruise industry or other highly regulated, operational environments.
• Experience managing cloud modernization or large enterprise platform transformation initiatives.
• Experience with implementing Microsoft technologies.
• Experience working with globally distributed delivery teams.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including delivery scoping, risk assessment, and execution planning.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
