About the Position

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of industrial electrical construction projects in the Bremerton, Washington area. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through final closeout while ensuring exceptional performance in safety, quality, scheduling, budgeting, and client satisfaction.

The Senior Project Manager will provide strategic direction to project teams, mentor Project Managers and field leadership, and serve as a trusted partner to owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished electrical construction professional who thrives on managing complex projects and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple industrial electrical construction projects through every phase of execution
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, cash flow projections, and financial performance
  • Direct Project Managers, field leadership, and project support staff to ensure successful project delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Review contracts, negotiate change orders, and manage project risk throughout the construction lifecycle
  • Monitor project performance to ensure schedule adherence, quality standards, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Champion a strong culture of safety and regulatory compliance across all assigned projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project execution
  • Provide executive leadership with accurate project reporting, forecasting, and performance updates
  • Mentor and develop emerging project management professionals within the organization

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing electrical construction projects is required
  • Electrical contracting experience is mandatory
  • Experience leading large industrial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Military installation, Department of Defense, or other federal project experience is preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering successful project outcomes
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and construction project management software
