Job Description

Senior Project ManagerOur Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout

Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and overall project performance

Prepare and negotiate subcontract agreements

Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents

Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities

Monitor project costs and maintain profitability objectives

Support project scheduling and risk management initiatives

Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to stakeholders

Proven success overseeing projects valued between $10M and $100M+Strong understanding of construction contracts and project financials

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
