Join Our Team as a Senior Project Manager for RAVE Platform Implementation

Are you ready to lead a statewide initiative in the heart of Cheyenne, WY? The Wyoming Department of Homeland Security is seeking a Senior Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of the RAVE Emergency Alert and Panic Button platforms. This mission-critical project will enhance public safety across the state.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of the project, from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination. You'll work closely with state agencies, local jurisdictions, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of this essential public safety solution.

Requirements

8–12 years of IT Project Management experience
Proficiency in Agile, PMBOK, and Hybrid methodologies
Experience in PMO governance and reporting
Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in risk and issue management
Executive-level communication skills
Experience with complex system integration
US Citizenship

Preferences

Experience with emergency management systems
Background in public safety systems
Experience in telecommunications projects
Familiarity with alert/notification platforms
Government sector experience
