If you're ready to put your experience to work with a trusted industry leader, apply today!As our Property Field Adjuster, you'll enjoy competitive compensation, including $60/hour for commercial claims, $50/hour for residential claims, paid drive time up to six hours round-trip at $60/hour, and mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile up to 200 miles starting at mile one. You'll enjoy the flexibility of a 1099 independent contractor role, the convenience of dispatching directly from home, and biweekly direct deposit payments.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PROPERTY FIELD ADJUSTERIn this 1099 contractor role, you'll head directly from your home to assigned loss locations, inspecting residential and commercial properties, documenting damages, capturing detailed photographs, and gathering the information needed to support accurate claim decisions. During your inspections, you'll evaluate loss conditions, investigate causation when assigned, prepare comprehensive scopes of damage, and complete detailed Xactimate estimates as directed. Working closely with management, you'll ensure every claim file contains the documentation and information required to meet company standards while helping deliver efficient and professional claim resolutions.Here's what we need from you:High school or equivalent

Valid driver's license and proof of insurance3+ years of experience as a property field adjuster or similar role

Ability to work independently and follow assigned tasks completely

Active Xactimate token and proficiency writing estimates

Ability to conduct thorough inspections of damaged property

Experience obtaining proper photographic documentation

Ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive scopes of damage
