What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our Online Banking team. You will develop test cases, automate, and perform testing on the React-based UI, NextJS middleware, C#-based APIs, and integrations that make up Cross River's evolving Online Banking platform. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated engineer with experience testing reliable, performant, scalable, and instrumented services.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with multiple internal and external teams to automate and perform testing on a variety of different services and applications
- Build test automation across multiple critical business domains
- Plan, triage, and prioritize work across multiple work streams
- Share knowledge with and mentor teammates
- Actively contribute to a collaborative Quality focused culture within the team
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in performing quality assurance and test automation
- 3+ years of experience working with React-based UIs and related testing frameworks
- 3+ years of experience testing RESTful APIs
- 3+ years of experience in C#
- Some proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Specflow/Reqnroll behavioral testing frameworks strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working in banking, finance, crypto or fintech is helpful, but not required

Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00
