Job Title: Senior QA Engineer (ServiceNow)Location: McLean, VA / Plano, TX (On-site, M F)Type: Contract
Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in ServiceNow testing. The role involves manual and automated testing of ServiceNow solutions.
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow testing (ATF)
- Automation testing (Selenium)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, ACLs, integrations
- IRM/GRC experience preferred
- JavaScript or Python (nice to have)
Responsibilities:
- Create & execute test cases and automation scripts
- Perform end-to-end and regression testing
- Validate workflows and configurations
- Collaborate with teams and report defects
Requirements:
- 5+ years QA experience
- 3+ years ServiceNow ATF testing
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong communication skills
Preferred:
- ServiceNow certifications
- CI/CD tools experience
