DMBA is seeking a Senior QA Software Engineer II with experience building automation frameworks and establishing quality practices that will scale as we migrate to the cloud. You'll drive an AI-first test automation strategy, using Selenium, Playwright, and UiPath.

Responsibilities and Expectations
- Build scalable test automation with Selenium or Playwright. Add integration test coverage with UiPath as needed. Create AI agents to facilitate test creation and maintenance.
- Embed automated tests into CI/CD (GitHub Actions) with defined quality gates.
- Partner with principal engineers and business owners to define test strategies across APIs, services, and web applications.
- Build Jira dashboards and reports for test runs, coverage, and defect trends.
- Document best practices. Mentor engineers. Support recruiting and shape the QA team as the discipline grows.
Training, Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Experience: 5+ years in software engineering in test, including leading or architecting automation frameworks.
- Test Automation Proficiency: Strong experience with industry‑standard automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, REST/API test frameworks), including CI/CD integration.
- AI‑First Test Automation: Practical experience integrating AI-assisted tooling into test automation workflows, including AI-driven test generation, intelligent defect triage, and agent-based development support (e.g., Copilot Agents).
- Experience with full-stack web application development. (C#, .NET 8, JavaScript)
- Cloud Skills: Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Leadership: Collaborative mindset with mentoring experience and passion for improving user experiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Other Qualifications:
- Microsoft Azure or other relevant cloud certifications.
- Experience with compliance frameworks like HITRUST and HIPAA
- Previous experience in the health insurance industry.
- UiPath Test Automation Engineer Professional or other relevant RPA certifications.
- Experience with manual QA testing
