Strong understanding of end-to-end claims lifecycle, benefits setup, and adjudication processes, enabling effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders." Strong QA leadership across claims adjudication and provider workflows" Expertise in end-to-end test strategy, execution, and defect management" Experience managing upstream/downstream integrations" Focus on test data readiness, environment alignment, and release assurance" Proven ability to drive cross-functional coordination and reduce defect leakage Minimum years of experience 8-10 years Certifications Needed :No Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute Stakeholder Managment Test management Test Reirting and SLAs
