The Target Pay Range for this position is $110,000- $130,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.

Job Purpose/Overview

Senior Test QA performs manual and automated testing for 1-2 global development teams developing solutions using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This includes working with teams working globally within the US, Mexico, India, and Germany.

The Senior Test QA will test innovative digital solutions to production and through product health. This role will collaborate with the scrum master, developers, product owners, manual testers, and architects in ensuring thorough, efficient, and quality testing. This person will also work closely with the Test Manager to coordinate project-level testing for their assign project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manual and automated testing efforts for 1-2 teams which includes internal teams and vendors

• Implements strategy on shifting from manual to automated testing

• Ensure proactive communications to leadership and functions within the team and to the Test Manager

• Supports metrics and dashboards utilizing Azure DevOps to provide insights into automation activities

• Drives the constant goal of continuous improvement in quality and efficiency

• Ensure thorough manual and automation testing on risks and dependencies within the projects and programs

Education and Experience

• B.S. or higher with 5+ years working in software testing including manual testing

• Hands-on DevOps Test Automation on tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestComplete. BDD Tools like Cucumber. Mobile Test Automation tools/solutions such as Appium

• Working in Pet Health and/or a regulated environment is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience and knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

• Proven track record of delivering successful automation solutions in a predictable and timely manner

• Experience working with multiple teams and ARTs in parallel

• Creative and enthusiastic for doing what it takes to delight our customers

• Ability to understand technical requirements

• Desire to learn the domain and grow in their career

Travel

Working Conditions

The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

The associate will primarily work in a typical office environment including use of cubicles, computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system. The associate must occasionally use media equipment such as an overhead projector, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
