- * Lead and manage all aspects of real estate transactions:
- * Expand and deepen relationships with referral sources, realtors, developers, lenders, and business clients.
- * Provide legal guidance in overlapping areas:
- * Mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in real estate matters.
- * Participate in marketing, professional development events, and local community involvement initiatives.
- * Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active membership in the Georgia Bar.
- * Minimum of 10+ years of direct experience in real estate transactional law (residential and commercial) — more is preferred for a senior-level role.
- * Proven ability to manage transactions from inception through closing, including negotiation, due diligence, and compliance.
- * Deep understanding of Georgia-specific real estate regulations, zoning, permitting, and development issues.
- * Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and client-service skills.
- * Leadership and team-mentoring experience, with the potential to drive growth and new business.
- * Familiarity with estate planning, corporate law, or probate is a strong plus.
