Job DetailsWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney.This role involves handling a broad range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including closings, title review, and client counseling. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing transactions from contract through post-closing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, agents, and developers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage residential and commercial real estate transactions from inception through closingConduct and review title searches; resolve title issues and prepare title opinionsDraft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, deeds, closing documents, and related agreementsOversee and conduct real estate closings, ensuring compliance with Georgia lawCommunicate effectively with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholdersEnsure accuracy and completeness of all closing documentation and file recordsHandle post-closing matters, including recording and title policy issuanceStay current on Georgia real estate laws, regulations, and market trendsQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar6+ years of experience in real estate law (residential and/or commercial closings preferred)Strong knowledge of Georgia real estate transactions, title work, and closing proceduresExcellent drafting, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentClient-focused mindset with strong attention to detailInterested in hearing more?
