Job Description

Senior Healthcare Recruiter (Contract, 3 months to start)Location: Springfield, MA (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/weekPay: $35-50/hour based on experienceAbout the Role:We're seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to lead strategic talent acquisition for a healthcare organization. You'll partner with clinical and administrative leaders to build comprehensive sourcing strategies, manage high-volume recruitment, and drive innovative approaches to attract top talent in a competitive market.Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree + 6 years of recruitment experience* *
- 10 years of healthcare recruitment experience (in lieu of degree)*
Minimum 2 years of direct healthcare recruitment experience required*
Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems*
Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and negotiations

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies with hiring managers*
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for clinical and administrative roles*
Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer negotiation*
Create evergreen talent pools and implement creative sourcing tactics*
Guide equitable compensation discussions and finalize complex offers*
Provide data-driven insights to support operational hiring decisions*
Mentor associate recruiters and collaborate across HR teams
