What Youll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, recruiting needs, and success profiles*
- Own the full-cycle direct hire recruiting process from intake through offer and close*
- Evaluate and interview candidates, aligning skills and experience to client requirements*
- Deliver a high-touch candidate and client experience through clear communication and timely updates*
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and repeat hiring needs*
- Leverage traditional and creative sourcing strategies to identify top F&A talent*
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the ATS*
- Operate with urgency, accountability, and a consultative mindset
- 5+ years of Finance & Accounting recruiting experience within the staffing industry*
- Direct Hire experience strongly preferred*
- Proven, consistent performance with strong job tenure*
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills*
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating with a high-performing team*
- Client-focused, solution-oriented approach to recruiting*
- Adaptability and desire to grow in a scaling environment
