Job Description

is seeking Senior Requirement Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency Ground Based Midcourse Defense Program Office. Position requires candidate to analyzes computer software required to support hardware or technical service products of a major DoD System. Reviews system architecture and implements appropriate development and support tools to ensure product performance.

• Develop and Manage Weapons System Requirement

• Conduct Requirement Analysis and Trade Studies

• Manage Requirement Traceability

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

Required Skills (What Required Skills You Bring)

• Master's Degree and 12+ years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree Required with 20+ years of experience

• DOORS experience

• Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE)

• Self- Starter

Preferred Skills (Desired but not Required)

• Experience with GMD and C2BMC

• Experience working in CAMEO

• STEM degree
