Solette Seattle is hiring a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead a high‑energy, guest‑first rooftop destination in the heart of South Lake Union. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a polished operator who thrives in fast‑paced environments and knows how to drive people, performance, and profit—without losing the soul of hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire FOH, BOH, and event teams to deliver standout guest experiences
• Own daily operations: staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, and cost controls
• Drive service standards, confident selling, and deep menu & beverage knowledge
• Manage labor, food, and beverage costs with strong financial discipline
• Execute promotions, events, and guest engagement strategies
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and policy compliance
• Handle guest feedback and VIP service with professionalism and grace
• Partner closely with the GM and Executive Chef on strategy and execution
• Leverage TOAST POS, OpenTable, and reporting tools to optimize performance

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high‑volume environment
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of building strong teams
• Strong financial acumen: labor forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and decision‑making skills
• Solid knowledge of food safety, liquor regulations, and service standards
• Tech‑savvy (TOAST and OpenTable experience a plus)
• Calm under pressure, detail‑oriented, and guest‑obsessed

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $85,000
