Close.You will respond to restoration losses, build technical scope, present solutions with authority, and secure signed agreements. Your success will be measured by close rate, revenue produced, and margin protected.If you are uncomfortable asking for the sale, this role is not for you.________________________________________What You Will Own1. Inspection & Technical Authority

             Perform on-site inspections for water, mold, and fire losses

Conduct moisture mapping and damage assessments

             Build accurate mitigation and remediation scopes

Identify full project potential (containment, demo, pack-outs, reconstruction)

             Ensure compliance with IICRC standards

2. In-Home Sales & ClosingPresent scope and pricing confidently in person

             Explain:

o             Why the work is necessaryo             Potential damage if work is not completedo             Insurance process and next stepso             Timeline and expectations

             Overcome objections related to price, competitors, DIY, and “preferred vendors”

Ask directly for signed work authorization

             Follow up with urgency until a decision is made

3. Revenue AccountabilityTarget close rate: 45–60%+

             Increase average job size

Protect gross margin

             Maintain accurate CRM pipeline tracking

Participate in weekly sales reviews with leadership________________________________________Who This Is ForWe are looking for a high-level restoration professional who:

             Has 3+ years estimating water and mold projects

Understands IICRC standards (WRT preferred)

             Has presented estimates directly to homeowners

Has worked with insurance claims and adjusters

             Has a proven close rate track record

Is competitive and motivated by performance-based payYou should be confident in emotionally charged environments and comfortable discussing five-figure projects.________________________________________Who This Is NOT For

             Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)

Commission: 3–7% of closed revenue

             Performance bonuses tied to revenue milestones

On-Target Earnings: $100,000+High producers will earn well above base salary.________________________________________What Success Looks LikeImmediately: - Take on established estimates that have already been prepared and become the point person for the customer with the intention to sell the job.Within 90 days:- Confidently running inspections independently- Closing jobs without leadership involvement- Increasing overall company close rate- Reducing lost jobs due to price and competitor objectionsThis role is designed for someone who wants to directly impact company revenue and grow with a scaling organization.Compensation and Benefits Salary: $55,000  $70,000 per yearPaid Time Off (PTO) and sick daysMedical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401k with employer matching after 60 daysCompany vehicle and gas reimbursement provided when travelingRequired Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience using XactimateStrong organizational and planning skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesValid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving recordPreferred Qualifications

             Experience with 

XactAnalysis, Symbility, Encircle, QuickBooks, Mica, Hydro, Excel, Word, Contractor Connection, Alacrity, and other job management software.IICRC certifications in Water, Mold, Fire/Smoke/Odor restoration (preferred)Schedule Fulltime: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
